Another fantastic Tingira Party, only lacking the special touch of Margaret Calvert and Barry. However, Bronnie and family were there to represent the family and it was wonderful to see the two little girls on the dance floor all night.Clayton did a wonderful job of the auction, with donations by Peter Deane and Ted Upton.
Music yet again by John Cornelius who always does such a great job.
And we mustn't forget to mention the amazing menu supplied by Carol and her troups. Pate or pumpkin soup, roast beef with vegies and yorkshire pudding, then Barb's Apple Pie with custard and cream or Val's baked cheesecake. What a spread!
Of course, one of the reasons for the night was the presentation of the Brian Calvert Memorial Race trophy, won this year by Willem.
